Apex Byte Studio LLC operates Work Order Wizard (the “Service”) at workorderwizard.app. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email, hashed password, role, organization. Work order & property data. Billing: plan and status — card details processed directly by Stripe. Usage/technical data: logs, IP, device info, analytics. Cookies: essential authentication/CSRF only.
2. How We Use Information
To operate and secure the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the product based on aggregate usage. We do not sell your data.
3. How We Share Information
Only with Stripe (payments), our transactional email provider, and our hosting infrastructure — or if required by law.
4. Data Isolation and Security
Each customer organization is isolated at the database level (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security). Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Retained while your account is active, plus a limited window after cancellation. Request export or deletion at support@workorderwizard.app.
6. Your Rights
You may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data — contact us to exercise them.
7. Children's Privacy
Intended for business use; not directed to children under 16.
8. International Users
Hosted in the United States, primarily for U.S. customers.
9. Changes to This Policy
Notice given before material changes take effect.
