Terms of Service
A product of Apex Byte Studio LLC
Work Order Wizard (“the Service”) is provided by Apex Byte Studio LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Apex Byte Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service at workorderwizard.app and any related APIs or applications.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1. The Service
Work Order Wizard is a subscription work-order and property-maintenance management platform. Plans, pricing, and usage limits are described on the pricing page and may change prospectively.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@workorderwizard.app of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — access continues until then, and we do not provide partial refunds. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect next cycle. Failed renewal payments may suspend paid features until resolved.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You may export it anytime while active. See our Privacy Policy for retention/deletion.
5. Acceptable Use
No unlawful use, unauthorized access to another tenant's data, disruption of infrastructure, reverse-engineering, or malicious code.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses Stripe for payments; use of Stripe's checkout/portal is subject to Stripe's own terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
Apex Byte Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at amounts paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach after notice and a cure period, or immediately for serious violations.
10. Changes to These Terms
We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes resolved in New Jersey state or federal courts.
